Forget the past and focus on the future. Something you can look back and have it be beneficial is look at all the good thta God have done in your life. There are certain things to remember and certain thing to forget. The things we need to remember are Gods good deeds in our lives and who He is. Still there are thing in the past you should forget. They become anchors and hold us back.
