A) Let’s just get a grip. When God sees us in trouble, He gets angry. I know, for a fact, that many of us believers think that God should respond the way that we think He should respond, but don’t be disillusioned. But, unfortunately, God is not in a don’t’ worry, be happy mood when we are in trouble.
B) He drew me out of many waters: Wowzers…that is precisely how we should process this response to our situation: He draws us OUT.
C) The Lord was my support: The bottom line of everything is that we know and should acknowledge that God has been, is, and will always be our biggest supporter.

This 60-minutes is all about:
1) Yep…we hear it all the time. Less knowledgeable people, the unlearned and the unstable “like the squad,” tell everyone to hate or despise Israel. The heathen has been saying that for thousands of years. That’s nothing new. The key is to understand when those leaders are anti-Israel,” they are actually ANTI-GOD! Yes, I know that saying this is not politically correct. But God doesn’t care, And neither should you or me.
2) Here is the BIGGEST problem when the government gets involved in the truths of God. As it rolls now…if you are a binary person, you should have the right to represent any belief system you lean toward, even if it’s just for a nanosecond. Shenanigans. Ridiculous., The government has no right or authority to tell God who His priests should be. If they don’t like it, they can go to H-E-double Hockey sticks. God’s standards don’t yield to the unrighteousness of humanity.
3) I loved the title of the Bible, “The Way,” because it says everything; I want to pursue that. That was actually the title of my Good News Bible. The way is a title from Jesus that He gave to Himself. But others will claim to be the way. Liars…are still liars.

This 60-minutes is all about:
1) Back again to a significant point in our Christian lives that I just won’t let myself or my Christian family forget: CELEBRATE…the victories! No matter how small and how seemingly stupid, celebrate every mini step forward. Despise not the day of small things (Zach. 4:10); Perhaps you had a one-time victory over something that you messed up a thousand times before? Did you dance to His glory?
2) People ask favors all the time. There is nothing wrong with that. People ask for things you are comfortable with and for some things you are uncomfortable with. Such is life. But the Christians are NOT ALWAYS obligated by the Lord God to respond. So let me clarify: If someone asks you to do something that will breach your conscience or take you away from the Lord’s word or from the Lord…the answer is absolutely no way, Jose. Three are times when the answer is NO.
3) Look at what Nehemiah said. “You are lying.” In our society today, hardly anyone is called a liar because this is politically incorrect by Mankind’s standards. Too bad, how sad. People are liars. They are children of the Father of lies. They are politicians, social influencers, the media, and Hollywood actors and actresses. And they often lie about what our true faith is and what Christians really believe. We call them as we see them. A tree is known by its fruits. Let’s be real and forthright.

A) If we do mess up, we didn’t lose our salvation because Jesus is our defense. But we still need to come to Him for healing from our sins.
B) Everybody is paid for. But not everybody is getting in. Ask Jesus. The difference is salvation is available. But it still needs to be applied.
C) Jesus is a better Savior than we are sinners!

A) Psalm 18 is one of the “classic” Psalms. This Psalm was written on the day that the Lord delivered him from king Saul.
B) The pains, sorrows, and snares of death. The seriousness of the situation that David faced. The ferociousness of fear. But Heb. 2:15; and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death.
C) In my distress, I cried out. He heard me. My voice came to His ears.

This 60-minutes is all about:
1) One of my favorite teachings: Who is in charge? When God confronted Job, the Lord asked him a series of questions. It centered around who was in control. Was Job? No. Then God said, “Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth?” This is the key to understanding that our questioning of God’s plan is not too bright. This means that sometimes, we are not too bright. Get it?
2) The idea that being in the perfect will of God means that it’s smooth sailing. Unless you read about Jesus Christ during His earthly ministry. Ans unless we are Bible-Believing Born-Again Christians. Then we can understand the passage that says, strengthening the souls of the disciples, encouraging them to continue in the faith, and saying that we must enter the kingdom of God (Acts 14:22).
3) We examine The Disciples because we are them. We look at their desire to please the Lord. We review their passion for following His commands. We observe how they respond to Jesus when they are in the middle of a crisis. We see that their reaction is likely not too different from our own. So, how did they respond? By crying out, “Where are You, Lord?” Yep. That sounds just like us.

A) The Lord’s Prayer or the Our Father Prayer is not a word-for-word model as much as a manner in which to pray. Verse nine says to pray this way, but not with these words. But …obviously…it ain’t bad.
B) Getting past the first word could be challenging, simply because when Jesus was teaching His disciples to pray, the prayers were inclusive.
C) God identifies Himself as a HE. It doesn’t matter what the world or so-called scholars say. It only matters what God declared to humanity. He CHOSE the pronoun -HE! Get over it!

1) It’s my way or the highway. Which is an excellent way of saying it’s my way or the highway. No Bible-believing Christian could effectively say this. Jesus said it. But He could say it because He is the ONLY way, truth, and life. But no one else could respectively pull this off. The disciples tried to do it. But Jesus shut them down.
2) Our hope is in Jesus. Our deliverance is in Jesus. Our command is in Jesus. And that command is to join in other people’s lives. To join in other people’s causes. To join in other people’s lives. And to help. Joining but doing nothing is still doing nothing.
3) When we sin…is the prayer of Solomon. Not “if” we sin, but when we sin. As Christians, we don’t have to sin. But if we do sin, we have an advocate, a defense attorney, in Jesus Christ. But the model that Solomon established is as valid today as it was back in the time of the kings of Israel. In reality, this method is the mirror that speaks to The Prodigal Son. What happened to the son when he made the decision to come home again? That’s what needs to happen with us.
