Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 30-minutes is all about:
A) To the FIRST Book of the New Testament. This Gospel was written for the Jewish people. To the Jew first, and then…
B) Stay salty, my friends. You have to have a little flavor sprinkled with Jesus.
C) To not remain faithful is to give up on the faith. Bad call.
D) YOU are the light. A CITY on a hill, not a country (Sorry, Ronny).
This 60-minutes is all about:
1) Last week, we talked about having a pair of glasses that help us understand how God “sees” stuff. Today, we will talk about how everyone has some form of a pair of glasses they view through. The danger in not having God’s glasses is that when we see things in our framework, we tend to add a little bit of flesh to our custom pair of spectacles.
2) Prayer is the heartbeat of Christianity. But not everyone’s heartbeats in the same rhythmic cadence. The wisdom from this natural testimony is that prayer doesn’t have to run the same way for each person. In fact, it rarely does. Everyone’s style is a little bit different. It was designed that way. And prayer, from difficult church teaching, has added too many rules.
3) We know that an enemy attempts to move us out of the way. If you are unfamiliar with this principle, you have already been moved out of the way. One of the most common warfare posturings is his desire to have you and me be overwhelmed by fear. It’s not new. He’s been doing it for thousands of years because it works. But we have something greater inside of us. We have…the Lord!

Funday Monday! Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 30-minutes is all about:
A) Starting the week off right: In Colossians 4.
B) The great and powerful minsters in and are us, are JUST LIKE us.
C) Wrestling in prayer is an “every person” responsibility. And normally, it’s associated with us when we petition for the sake of others.
D) We should be the type of Christian that other believers testify about. Not for arrogance, butt for witness.

Funday Monday: Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 60-minutes is all about:
1) Nehemiah, picking up the mantle from Ezra (who is still in the picture), first acknowledges how much God loves him. But, he doesn’t stop with that observation. He also declares his own love for God, too God. And obedience demonstrates that inside love.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
2) But let’s not be those Christians who talked to God with whispers only. There are times for whispers. Many times, in fact. There are times for silence. Many times. But there are also times for shouting, “Hey up there. We need some action. We need some response to our troubles, even our self-inflicted follies. Could You please help us? Listen to me, God!” The greatest people of God throughout the Bible also know when to shout a little bit.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
3) And again, just like Ezra, Nehemiah demonstrates that when we petition, we can take upon ourselves the sin ourselves, our family (see Job), our friends, our churches, our communities, our cities, our state, our country, and our world. Wow. I guess if we don’t have a lot to pray about daily, we are doing a poor job of paying attention. Okey-doke. Let’s get to standing in the gaps. Amen!

TDSE Descriptions for 90
Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 30-minutes is all about:
A) Rocking and rolling (feet on the Rock, name on the role) in Hebrews.
B) Part of the command from the Lord is to encourage one another daily.
C) Be aware. Sin will harden a believer. Sin is a deceiver.
D) John 3:16 brought us in. John 3:16 keeps us in. We need to believe it still and live. Continuing in that same faith brings us assurance.

More Birthday Fun Time!
Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 60-minutes is all about:
1) Alrighty. Everybody just stand up and say, “yes, we can,” because it’s the Christian Self Help program. Jesus came to make you rich. No bad stuff ever. Said NO ONE in the Bible…EVER! The truth is that the self-help program for the Christian is very different from the worldly believer’s approach. The number one prescription from the Bible for your self-discovery is…denial and death. Yeah!
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
2) Let’s talk about what Jesus called the true blessing for believers. The great blessing of being a Christian isn’t even here and now. We can have a taste of the pie, but we can’t have the whole pie. But a lead-up to that taste is in the understanding that YOU are in touch with the supernatural. You have received a revelation from God. Let that piece of truth sink in.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
3) I have reading glasses. I have had them since I was 46. I know that some very blessed people do not need them. Praise the Lord for you. But I need a little EXTRA help just to see clearly in this earthly journey. And I also know that every one of us needs “seeing” glasses that come from the Lord. No, they are not for reading. But they are for understanding God’s heart and mind.

This 30-minutes is all about:
A) The World thinks they are going to establish world peace. It will be fake. And when the one-world government becomes more active, it will fall because God will treat it like Babel.
B) This is “no shocker” to us believers. The ka-boom is coming.
C) We are of the day and the light. They are of the night and darkness.

Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 60-minutes is all about:
1) The early church did some things so much better than today’s church. They were on a mission. Share the Gospel, become more like Jesus, and be kingdom advancers. They had one heart. They had one soul. They were one. They shared their possessions. They shared their lives. They didn’t compartmentalize. They could share, trust one another, and love one another. Novel.
2) The Apostles, in partnership with God, gave witness to the resurrection with God’s power. The miracles were NEVER intended for personal gain. And they are NOT intended now for personal gain. The purpose of the miracles was to testify to the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The miracles are vehicles of God’s compassion. They are visible manifestations of God’s grace. Your salvation is such a miracle. Your answered prayers are too.
3) Nobody lacked because everybody cared about other people as much as themselves. They were sold out for the Gospel, and they were sold out for each other. Could you imagine people caring about other people as much as caring about themselves? By the way, this was a “volunteer” manifestation. The government does not have true biblical compassion. Unfortunately, not enough churches have it either.

This 30-minutes is all about:
A) King David asks God four times, “How Long” regarding where God is, David’s loneliness, and how come his enemies are doing great.
B) Then David asks God something amazing: He asks God to consider the situation.
C) Enlighten my eyes, Show me. Enlighten my eyes, Show me. Enlighten my eyes, Show me. Enlighten my eyes, Show me.

TOP SHOW: Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 60-minutes is all about:
1) Oh, the moment when we are alone, and we realize that things in our lives may not be the way we had hoped. This is often called disappointment. Every person has this experience along their earthly journey. Even Jesus was troubled (see John 13:21). But what if we change one letter? What will we see? Disappointment may actually be a Divinely approved crossroad.
2) From disappointment, we roll into discouragement. We become disappointed, and then we “feel” the discouragement. There is an emotional impact. Our insides feel violated. And for too many Christians, this often leads to a grieving time and even a trace of bitterness. We cry out, “Oh God…where are You?” We believe He’s there, but it appears like He’s not there.
3) Have you ever heard the expression, “it all comes down to this?” Of course, there are many defining moments that we encounter as Bible Believing Born-Again Christians. But there are those crucial moments that change our trajectory for eternity. And most of the time, it comes down to a single principle, which launches a lifetime of greater faith and trust in the Lord. We will examine this principle. Let’s do it!

Welcome to the 90-minute show of The David Spoon Experience.
This 60-minutes is all about:
1) One of the more common difficulties that we seem to have as Christians has to do with the proper memory. We remember what’s draining and often forget or ignore what’s sustaining. The solution is found within the wisdom of the scriptures and the examples of the people who have hearts that want to follow God. Let’s review one of everyone’s favorite and true stories that bring a warm and fuzzy feeling. Let’s review David. What did he remember?
2) What the world uses as their warfare tools doesn’t fit what believers use for their instruments of warfare. Why not? Because the world engages in warfare from the flesh point of view and the Christian engages in warfare from the spiritual point of view. I’m not talking about the battle of the ironsmith as much as the battle of the heartsmith.
3) What has Jesus ever done in our lives, just because? Nothing. Everything He does and everything He says has a purpose. But certainly, He doesn’t do too many weird things, does He? Well, I guess if we count spitting to complete healing is NOT WEIRD, then no, He doesn’t do weird things. On the other hand,…

This 60-minutes is all about:
1) Having my own personal transporter, like from Star Trek, is one of my many unique desires. Why? Step on a platform, move a few buttons, and then I can get to where I want to go. What a tremendous help for us to travel anywhere. Did you know that there is a transporter for a Christian? There is a biblical application for the person who understands praise.
2) Grief, depression, discouragement, and all their friends try to hang around our necks regularly. If it’s not one form of darkness, then it’s another. So perhaps we can put on our Bible Hardhats and begin to “chase away” these awful adversaries through the power of the presence of God. In His presence, we are free from these foes and every other form of disappointment. In His presence is even the freedom from our shame.
3) Wow. I tell you, my brothers and sisters, on an often basis, that our vision, our dream, our goal, the end of our faith is to be with the Lord forever and ever. But we have to wait for Him to bring about the moment of no separation ever. In the meantime, there is something we can do to sync up and link here on earth. Let’s connect to Jesus and His presence more often through the one simple action: Praising God!
