1) The will of God. We love the idea of operating in it. We long to please the Lord, and we want to make sure that we are doing the very thing He desires of us. But, doing His will, with our specific fingerprints, is a lifelong journey, with twists and turns. The path is narrow. Now, if only we could please Him consistently while we are on the journey…
2) Opposites attract. Sometimes. At other times, opposites create struggle and warfare. In the Kingdom of God, almost everything functions in the opposites. The opposites have to do with the ways of the world versus the ways of God. When the world says to hate your enemies, the Kingdom says love your enemies. When the world says prove it, God says believe it. When the world says that the situation is lousy that we have the right to complain. God says…
3) Ladies and germs, what's the real problem? Why do we feel the need to respond to God verbally when we don't understand His plan, timing, or methods? Then, perhaps, we can humble ourselves long enough to recognize that some of our inherited attitudes come from the old Adam and not enough from the new Adam. Oops…

1) Political Correctness, also known as PC, should stand for Progressive Corruption. People, in the name of FAKE righteousness, come up with all kinds of lies. There is a way which "seems" right, but the end thereof, is the way of death. Welcome to worldly wisdom.
2) Feeling like you need a fresh tough? Everyone has experienced this. It's even more so when, as Bible Believing born-again Christians, we constantly fight the enemy, the world, and our flesh. So he is my medical recommendation: God-pills. For energy, vitality, and pushing through.
3) Two ears, one mouth. That's a good witness from God. But how many of us are conscious throughout the day that the Lord wants us to hear Him? Most of the time, we are just slopping through the day. This 60-minutes is all about:
1) Jesus told us to pray for laborers for the Kingdom. Luke 10:2 states, And he said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” This means that we should all be asking God to bring more workers for His Kingdom work.
2) Fasting, humbling, and praying. The long-lost art in the Christian faith for getting results. By the way, this method is Jesus taught, and Jesus approved. Fasting doesn’t mean for 40 days. Some of us would benefit if we just did it for forty hours.
3) Here comes the boom. Ezra was concerned about being ashamed to ask the King for help when he already told the King that God would help them. His concern was much more valid than we realize. His problem was that he was inconsistent with his faith and his actions.

This 60-minutes is all about:
1) How many people live by old wives' tales? And an Old Wives Tale is defined as a false idea or belief. We hear them in partly quoted Scriptures, sayings that appear to contain reason, and unspiritual provers to produce a certain kind of behavior. We also listen to them regarding a person who does something wrong. We don't know what's in their heart. What did Jesus say about that very thing? We examine it.
2) So many scholars, so many lies. There is a profound need for us to understand who Jesus is to understand who we are confessing as our Savior and Lord. He is "one of us." If He were not, He could not help us with ourselves. And He is God. If He were not, He could not help us with God.
3) God does not perform magic. If we wanted to see magic tricks, we could watch how the government makes all of our money disappear. But many of us want to see the power of the Kingdom. By itself, that is not wrong. Mose and David said the same thing. But sometimes, the best miracle is just watching super people who have super faith believe for super stuff from God. It's amazing to watch.

This 60-minutes is all about:
1) What is the defining makeup of a church? In this portion of Acts, we get a pretty good handle on what that should look like. Does this mean that we should be doing everything the same way they did in the first century? If that were the case, throw out your Bibles and your Smartphones with Bible apps because the first century had none of those. And get some flint to write.
2) Continuing steadfastly is one of the most important but forgotten descriptions of how the early church functioned. This has nothing to do with culture or technology but with commitment. You can't have a six-second faith, one time, and then forget all about the Chrisitan part of your life. Christianity is not an add-on to the American way of life. Christianity is supposed to BE our life.
3) We examine the four components of the early church that are transferrable to any time and any society. Doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer; are indispensable for a church to identify as a church authentically. They don't have to be done perfectly, BUT they have to be done.

This 60-minutes is all about:
1) It is one of the most amusing principles in our Christian faith; Thinking that we know what God is doing as if He has revealed ALL His plans to us. We get the exact amount of information we need. But we do not know every detail like the Lord does. And He is not telling.
2) One minute, we say it right, we think it right, and we do it right. Then we get a swelled head and start to tell God how He should do things, according to our brilliant wisdom. The good news is that we are not alone in this folly. Even the great apostles did the same thing. We sure do keep good company.
3) There are so many great ways to tell time. There is the Sun, the Moon, the Stars, the sky, the atomic clock by which we sync wristwatches, our clocks at home, our computers, our phones, our televisions, our radios, and a host of other products to keep us up to date and "on time.". Unfortunately, every one of these instruments cannot keep pace with the REAL UNIVERSAL TIME, according to God's perfect clock.
