It's Friday....It's Valentine's Day 2020, and that can only mean one thing: It's Expository Thursday...on Friday! Yeah! As we soldier on in Ephesians, Dave turns to the dark side...of the dark side of the carnal man. According to Jesus, Mankind is NOT basically good. And we explore that unspoken lust for badness, as defined by God's Word. Dave talks about position and practice. And there is a difference. We are free from the curse of the Law, but we still die. So, the Law still has an impact, but not eternally "if" we are IN Christ. It's time to be more mature in Jesus and PUT OFF our old man. We can do it.

Here's a weird question: How can something be more true...than something that is true? There is an answer. Just look at Matthew 24:35. Plus Dave talks about why only people who don't know Jesus...don't "get" Jesus and what he says. And how about these apples: We are more ready for service than we think we are. After all, the Holy Spirit is INSIDE of us. And Finally, Johnnie Hill takes the reigns to share about riding the fence. Ouch!

And many of us have heard Mark 9:24...about believing, but needing help. TDSE examines the passage and the application. Finally, does our testimony impact others, our selves, or both? It doesn't always make sense, but God's work can't be squished into our Human boxes.

Marvelous Monday, as Dave talks about an actual total text goof up. Humility, one way or another, is best received and responded too...with sincerity. Next up, what does it mean to pray "fervently?" The Spoon-Man examines the Greek and talks about how this applies to us believers. And who knew that hanging out with God...is the best place to find protection? God knew, and God tells us and shows through Psalm 91.

It's FRIDAY!!! Dave hangs out with Johnnie Hill as the two brothers talk about faith and life. First up, Dave shares about Jesus being God. Because Jesus is God, He knows. He knows everything. And everything you are going through. Next up, Johnnie talks about no situation being hopeless. You answer is a simple "cry out" away. Then Dave drives home that people who turn to Jesus find refreshment and the rain of His reign. Every FIRST message of every Kingdom proclaim-er began with "Repent" which is often followed by the refreshing presence of the Lord (Acts 3:19). Turn to Jesus...and find the help you need for the situation you are in!

What an amazing and fun show today, as Johnny Hill and Stephanie Vasquez joins David "live" in the studio. First up, a teaching on how sometimes ...fasting and praying ...is not enough. Nothing short of a miracle will bring the answer ...and that's exactly how God designed it and desires it. Next Dave talks to Stephanie about her New York Life Insurance career. Then Johnny asks Stephanie about her Christian walk and her love for Jesus. And finally, Dave closes out with a teaching regarding loving "to the very end." Even though we often start strong, we need the maintain that ...until the very end! Just like Jesus loved his disciples ...to the very end.

Plus...the sad reality that the best among us often operate in a poor schematic. When we do this, we tend to miss the faithfulness of God. It's Friday (or fry-day for those eating manna...it's a joke.) And TDSE dives right in to common sense and the "need" to say NO when wisdom calls for it. Then the D Man talks about the dangers of "speaking against" God, which is even worse than complaining ( Numbers 21:4-6). Around the bend is the examination of false righteousness invading leaders to be false. And the show closes with the challenge to call a duck...a duck. Or, to call a miracle...a miracle.
