Where are all the Flowers? There are many benefits in being a Christian but there is still pain. Don’t be surprised, we will go through painful trials. For many of us in different ways there is a Cross to bear. Why PAIN is allowed because during the trial of pain your Faith gets refined. God considers the refinement of your Faith more important in your life than your checking account it. Faith is the primary vehicle God uses in our lives. Also, pain is allowed because it connects us to Jesus. To push past keep your focus on the Lord, don’t bail when you first deal with pain. Our ability to push past cuts to our hearts and our Faithfulness will get us thru. God is a deliverer, you will get thru! We need to put our trust in our Lord. We need to make that decision to operate thru Faith. Hang on to what is coming eventually you’ll understand God is, has and always be “Johnny on the spot.” Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in God.

DDD: The Christian Adventure 14 Matthew 22-24 Do you know what's in store for you tomorrow? You don't know. God send us into situations, life lessons and challenges.It won't necessarily be smooth sailing God doesn't promise an easy Christian walk He just wants you to set off on the journey in Faith. The end destination is eternity with God. Normal doesn't exsist for the Christian. We are often scared when God enters our lives. "Take Courgae" grab hold of it Paslm 23:4. God Challenges us to walk outside the status quo. Coming out of the boat...The Big Step. Dave finishes with Like Oil and Water: In the story of Peter walking on water loses his focus "when he saw the wind" The doubt cancelled the Faith. A little Faith is not bad , but mixing it with doubt kills it. Romans 10:13 Only Jesus can bring the peace we need.

Spiritual Observation: 94 out of 100 is still an “A” In a situation where 94 out of 100 things are right we still focus on the the 6 things that are wrong. Are you looking for the good to Praise or hunting for the bad so we can criticize. Don't focus on the whats not there instead realizing whats there. 1 Corinthians 13:5 you are not perfect yourself so you put that on others.Third party sin; You and I can forgive sins when they are against us but can you or I forgive somebodies sins you didn't commit a sin against us? NO! Only God could forgive sin against others. DDD: Coveredâ¦on both ends. There is warfare all around us. The Christian Church should see these passages and realize we should be helping each other out instead of creating division. Keep courage because you are doing it for God. Letâs help each other but trust in Lord that heâll work it out. When science, nature and stupid collide. Dave talks about a scientist taking heat for saying there is a scientific difference between men and women. Saying men and woman are the same is disrespectful to the Creators design. The difference between men and women should be celebrated. Stand strong in the truth. Marty Schneider calls into the show and Dave asks about the national discourse and political chaos. Dave wraps up the show with a DDD: The Difference Between bad news and good news. Valentine’s Day…My EYE Dave gives the real history of Valentine’s Day. Dave’s first DDD: God has a Better Watch.2 Kings 8:4-6 God’s timing is perfect; His timing in our life is perfect and His divine appointment is perfect. Unbelievers operating in their own understanding justify things as being lucky or unlucky. God has a better watch than us and we must have Faith in His timing for us. How…will we FACE Him? Roman 8:28 Non-believers will hide and run but as believers we will rejoice when the Lord comes and run to Him in open arms and ask to be taken. Be ready; be prepared to face God with joy as a believer. Dave’s next segment called “The results of SEEKING!” Matthew 6:33 To seek God first it requires us to face a fear of not being in control, this reduces our pride and forces us to trust God.

Wise, like a child. Matthew 18:1-4 Jesus told his own disciples that need to have "Change" and become more like a child. Dave discuses how in children there is a great capacity of Faith and less cynicism until they get older. As adults we need to have that amazement like children when we witness the Kingdom.Be humble and trust in the Lord to do as He asks. Hidden from the smarty pantses Luke 10:17-24 Hidden from the wise and learned. You can be so executed that you're so smart you miss God. Those who operates in this humble trust get it, How brilliant are you if you learn all of man's teaching but miss the simplest lesson from God. Acts 4:11-13 Jesus takes the "Ordinary Men" and makes them extraordinary because they now have the Lord in them. Foolish, weak, and lowly 1Corinthians 1:26-29 God shames the wise, He shames the strong, and He “reduces to nothing” the things that are impressive to our world. Why does God do this? God chooses the foolish so that no man or woman can boast before Him. Here is the key point 1John 2:26-28 Jesus is the person that all treasures and wisdom resides. You have an inner PHD in Faith,The Holy Spirit is in us.

Is silence…really golden? Luke 4:16-21 We shouldn't be silent because
it's wrong, as Christians, it is important for us to reflect on key
messages in the Bible to reiterate our purpose of sharing the Word of

DDD: The Laundry List: Dave talks about Praying and coming to the Lord in Payer with a laundry list of things "WE" need but don't tell God the way you want things. Submit to the Lord be accepting of His will. The things we really need God knows.Go to the Bank, and Take out a Loan…and buy a clue Matthew 6:7-8 Pray is not to inform God it's for our communion with Him. When you Pray don't just babble on and be repetitive, really talk with the Lord. Sometimes, less blab and more listening is needed//Psalm 46:10. There is no one right way to acknowledged the Lord. Sometimes coming to the Lord and not saying anything is whats needed. The goal in Prayer is to glorify the Lord. The bottom line Psalm 73:25-28 Enjoy God and getting closer to him.

DDD: Too Full, When you get to a point of satisfaction the difficulty for believers is we become proud and even become too proud that we forget God. When we are desperate we call out for God but do we remember and Praise him in good times. You're never too full for God.
The Soul of our Nation: Dave discusses abortions and how selfishness plays a roll in that choice. Also touches on how the press and media are pro-abortions. Offering of LIPS: "so that we may repay you with Praise from our lips." We can never fully repay the Lord but we can have something to give back with our Praise. The second DDD: On Things Above; Colossians 3: 1-2 Set your heart on things above. See beyond the natural view. We have to see the Lord when were looking at. See it with Jesus glasses all things thru Him. To approach this view we have direct our minds there. Focus on Jesus and God in our lives. Where…are their Minds? Our minds can be set on earthly things but our country is a Heavenly country so our minds are set in the Heavens. Dave talks about doing a color test and having the administrator of the test say "You're too Heavenly minded." Aliens and Strangers; It's not about here! 2 Corinthians 4:16-18 not losing heart from our momentary troubles. This country is not the key to this world, Jesus is the key.You should be proud that the Lord blessed us to live in this country but don't be confused this country with Heaven. Our citizenship belongs to Christ in Heaven.We are Christians first Americans second. Honor this country but our first allegiance is to our King and Lord and Savoir. The Search for Treasure: Matthew 6:19-21 "Where your treasure is"If your treasure is focused on earth then our hearts are towards earthly things, don't be to tied to the earth. If your treasure is focused on Heaven then our hearts are focused on Heaven.

Dave's first DDD: Before Us… Matthew 28: 7b-c At the core of our Faith is the Resurrection of Christ. The Angel tells the Disciples "He has risen." When Jesus was Resurrected He never died again. Anything is possible in God because of Jesus' Resurrection. Jesus knows the trail you're on. He knows what's ahead of you. Dave talks about a street Preacher jailed for answering a Bible question. He was charged with a hate crime, the case was tossed out but the it shouldn't have gone that far to begin with. Dave discusses the rise of global Christian persecution. Only Inside Turning …Counts. God's love is perfect. It was perfect when you met Him and it's perfect now. Closer in you get to God the more you see your impurities. Turn to the Lord with everything you've got. Outside showing of remorse doesn't matter to God. It's only the true inside is what He see and that matters to the Lord. Today's Facebook Post: Yes, Yes, and more Yes! Dave's next DDD: Sensible, For Our Senses: Each of these receive input. In these areas we can receive good or bad input. We need to be sensible with out senses. We have to be careful in what we take in.If it comes from a Godless world it can ruin us. Keep those out and taken in those things that a Righteous. If your cup is filled with worldly things there is no room in your cup for God. Catch…and …Release…You're not entitled, No one is entitled to every piece of information God knows all we need to know is He is coming, live like He is coming back tomorrow live like He is coming back in a 100yrs.
