Dave continues his teaching from hour 1 asking; What does God feel regarding our connection with him? He feels so close to use that when we cry He cries. Dave tells a story of him going into a Church in Colorado and having the Pastor cry while while sharing his story and in Dave's amazement when the stated Pastor stated "This is how the Lord feels for you." He knows "every aspect" of everything" we go through. Why is God so connected to us? Psalm 18:1-19 Because He loves us! Dave wraps up the shoe talking about the main theme of the show this over this year which will be forgiveness. Operating in forgiveness will be important for Christians this year.

Dave teaching this hour "Our Connection..With The King" What does God say about our connection with Him? He's not on Pluto or a dissolute forest, He is with us always. He will "never" abandon us. He even made himself "incomplete" without us. What does God see regarding our connection with Him? Acts 9: 1-6 The Church is part of Jesus! Dave closes out this hour with a discussion of staying close to Jesus and making time to spend with just you and the Lord. Work on making the connection stronger.

DDD: Condemning the Innocent Ephesians 6:12 In Faith condemning our brothers and sisters is more in Spiritual warfare then you realize. We need to be careful who we point fingers at among our true Christian brothers and sisters. Differences is OK Division is not. Dave discusses 2 Corinthians 2:10-11 The fight behind the fight. The big issue is Satan is trying to out wit us. Satan has a strategy to us people of the Church versus people of the Church. When we hold on to anger and bitterness it grabs a hold of us and Satan gets to use it. You can go from anger to sin by holding on to the anger. Anger against one another, yourself and even against the Lord. Be like Jesus act like Jesus and FORGIVE like Jesus. Forgiveness is a powerful tool. If God didn't forgive us we wouldn't be in His family. A Major Key...for Living; forgiveness don't let it eat you let it out of you. The Bottom Line: Colossians 3:13 Here is the empowering truth. "Forgive as the Lord forgave you." The parameter you should forgive someone is the application

DDD: Have it your Way; We need to say to God "have it your way" We come to the Lord with our suggestion or ask for thing to be our way. The problem is we don't know the answers. The Lord knows what will work and won't work. We need to submit to God's plan. God is capable of being God. Russell Shubin and Dave discuss people choosing what ever identity fits them at the time. Common Sense Commentary: Galatians 6:3-6 Dave explains the difference between our own carry burden versus caring the burdens of others. Today's Facebook Post: Have "you" ever resurrected? When you go through hard times "the ringer" you come back stronger. Who put you through that? God did. When you asked to be more like Jesus. You can die in a sense and you come back, like Jesus' resurrection.

DDD: The Crushing Rock. Jesus is a rock of offence to people that disobey the Word. You can't spell Christmas with out Christ you can't know Jesus apart from Jesus. Dave gives the different types of Christians he's been able to identify. Biblical Christians have the right belief that the Word of God is alive. David explains how the social Christianity comes from liberation theology and emphasis financial equality over spiritual needs Dave wraps up by saying we need to do a better job of being sharing ,caring and declaring.

Dave's DDD: Logic! A=B B=C there for A=C. Romans 10:17 So Faith comes by hearing and hearing comes by the Word of Christ. In this context hearing is receiving. There is a connection between God's Word and our Faith. This is the process that God has chosen us to operate in and it's illogical for us to not follow. Common Sense Commentary Galatians 6:1-6. If someone does something wrong and you catch them be "meek" in correcting them. Restore the person don't beat them down raise them up. Carry others burden is sharing the weight of their heaviness. Divisions are Bad...OK. Anybody that mocks the Christian Faith these people follow ungodly passions. Scoffers twist the Word of God. Some believe "love" in terms of Christianity as a warm fuzzy feeling but that's lust. The "love" God has for us is a sacrificial love. These scoffers are divisive. Only people with no connection with the Holy Spirit you are a person that cause division and in this case division equals detachments. Facebook Post: The Lamp and the Light. "You, O Lord keep my lamp burning" God keeps us going. "He turns the darkness until light" God turns bad/heavy into good.

DDD: What a BUMMER. Dave gives the accounts of 1 Samuel 30 and correlates it to our own disappointment. Have you ever come back to a situation and it didn't turn out the way we thought it would be? The disappointment escalator; when things get worse disappointment becomes discouragement our insides feel violated and you become bitter. We tend to have a mindset of trying to blame someone. We feel real physical pain. What do we do now? You make a decision on a regularly basis. The decision to find strength in the Lord but you have to make that choice.If you choose Christ, Dave gives a guarantees that obstacles will come your way but not only will we recover; we will have an increase in Our Hope! If you stand fast in your decision you will prevail with the Lord because the Lord will be more abundant in your life. Pushing past for His glory.

Dave first DDD: Follow Me....or Else!Stop trying to make people exactly like you,we need people to be more like Jesus. Follow Christ!Difference isn't a problem but when you have division in the Body of Christ it is problem. The Big Teaching. we can understand is that living with God forever is the consummation of all redemption and the Lord wants that living to start now. Common Sense Commentary: Galatians 5 Dave tells us Love, Joy, Peace, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Patients, Gentleness, Self Control are the markers for where we're at in our Spiritual walk. Dave reads a poem he wrote "Thank a Lot" 28 years ago. His favorite line is "Showing mercy and His wonderful grace only to be surpasses by seeing His face."

Forget the past and focus on the future. Something you can look back and have it be beneficial is look at all the good thta God have done in your life. There are certain things to remember and certain thing to forget. The things we need to remember are Gods good deeds in our lives and who He is. Still there are thing in the past you should forget. They become anchors and hold us back. Looking back at the wrong things is a sin.Isaiah 43:18-19 18 “Forget the former things;do not dwell on the past.19 See, I am doing a new thing!Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland." Marty Schneider and Dave discuss the world under a Trump candidacy. Dave FB post "Open up" The Lord brought Israel out of bondage and brought them thru the desert and into the Promise Land. When the Lord says "Open up your mouth wide and I'll fill it" there should be some levels of expectations. God loves to give.

God pronounced us judicially saved and now he's working in lives to make us practically saved. Leaders can fail but it doesn't make all their past work meaningless and not validated. They aren't to be forgotten and looked down at. You can't judge them only God can. There is grace, mercy and redemption. The message is ALWAYS better that the messenger especially, when it's God's messengers sharing God's message. The Lord's Convenient says he will never forget you. The Lord doesn't forget. James 2:13 Mercy is the rule!

DDD – Numbers 13:1-2; In 2017 there is New Land that God has for you. It might be a new location, faces, professions, divine appointments, finding a purpose ect.
DDD – Numbers 13:26-27; Just because the future is GOOD, there will still always be obstacles (the enemy, V. 28-29)
DDD – Numbers 13:30; Therefore, because we know that there will be obstacles, we need to face our futures with CONFIDENCE, and not with fear.The truth- If God is for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:31-37)
DDD – Numbers 13:31-33; Doubt combined with discouragement creates disillusionment. In order to see and believe for our New Land, we need to answer this question: Who are we? The answer is in 1 John 3:1-2, We are the children of the Most High God.

DDD – 1 John 2:28; “Not Ashamed of His Return” – When He comes, will you have confidence in how you acted in your life? Abide in Him, and you can have confidence.
The War on Christ 2.0 – The new attack on Christ is that He never existed.
DDD – Ezekiel 36:26; “Why We Follow” – In the First Covenant , we failed. In the New Covenant, God runs both sides. Jesus and the Holy Spirt are in us, and that causes us to follow.
